While Minato Cove is NOT directly beachfront (the immediate seaside area is occupied by Philippine Marine Base), we offer stunning ocean views from the balcony and are located just minutes away from Mactan's best beaches including Mactan Newtown Beach (5 min), Shangri-La Beach (10 min), and Crimson Resort Beach (12 min).

Minato Cove is approximately 10 km from Mactan-Cebu International Airport, which takes about 15 minutes by car. Taxi or Grab rides typically cost ₱150-250. We can also arrange airport pickup for an additional fee.

Yes, secure parking is available at the property at no additional cost. The parking area can accommodate standard vehicles.

Your stay includes high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens and towels, hot water shower, Smart TV with streaming capabilities, washer, complimentary toiletries, and 24/7 support. All utilities are included in the nightly rate.

Yes, Minato Cove is safe and family-friendly. The building has security measures in place, and the condo unit is located in a secure residential area. However, parents should supervise children on the balcony as with any elevated outdoor space.

We provide high-speed fiber internet suitable for streaming, video calls, and remote work. The connection is reliable and fast enough for multiple devices.

No, pets are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. This is a firm policy to maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies.

The studio comfortably accommodates 2 guests (1 queen bed). We can accommodate up to 4 guests maximum using a foam mattress for extra guests. Additional guests beyond 2 incur an extra fee of ₱500 per person per night.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

The minimum stay is 1 night for our standard nightly rate. However, we offer discounted rates for weekly (7+ nights) and monthly (30+ days) stays. Check our Rates page for more details.

Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations 3-6 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. Please see our Rates page for complete details.

We can arrange airport pickup and drop-off services for an additional fee. Please let us know your arrival details in advance, and we'll coordinate transportation for you.

Yes! There are several shopping centers within 5-10 minutes including Mactan Marina Mall and Island Central Mall. You'll also find many excellent restaurants serving Filipino, seafood, international cuisine, and fast food options in the area.

Yes, the condo has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and basic appliances. You're welcome to prepare your own meals. There are grocery stores and markets nearby where you can purchase ingredients.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere in the property - this includes inside the unit, on the balcony, and in the bathroom. This is a firm policy to maintain air quality for all guests. Violations may result in penalties and forfeiture of your security deposit.

Besides being close to beautiful beaches and island hopping destinations, Minato Cove is approximately 25 minutes from Cebu City via the scenic CCLEX bridge. From there, you can visit historical sites like Magellan's Cross and Fort San Pedro, enjoy the vibrant city life, and explore local markets and restaurants.

Yes! We offer a special monthly rate of ₱18,000/month (versus ₱1,299/day), which is a significant discount of over 50%. Note that for monthly stays, electricity and water are billed separately based on actual consumption. Condo dues and WiFi are included.

Yes, but with restrictions. Short-term guests (less than 3 months) CANNOT use the pool on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) - it's reserved for homeowners and long-term tenants. The pool is also closed every Monday for maintenance. Pool access includes 2 guests free; additional guests will be charged extra. This policy ensures homeowners and long-term residents have priority access.

Parking is available but VERY LIMITED and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Short-term guests (less than 3 months) must use the 7-Eleven parking area within the condo premise. Long-term guests (3+ months) can apply for a parking sticker (~₱350/year) for access to the main parking area. IMPORTANT: Parking is NOT guaranteed. We recommend using Grab/taxi services as an alternative if parking is unavailable.

The unit is on the 15th floor of Building 101 (Unit 1508). This high floor offers stunning unobstructed views of the ocean, CCLEX bridge, and Cebu City skyline. The building has elevators for easy access.

You MUST dispose of trash at the MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) located in front of Building 101 main entrance. Trash must be properly placed inside the designated bins. This area is monitored by CCTV, and improper disposal will result in penalties. When using the BBQ grilling area, you must follow CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) - dispose of all waste immediately at the MRF.
